WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 7 business days from when the order is shipped. Delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only. Some destinations are subject to legal restrictions and/or shipping carrier limitations.
During high season and sale periods, delivery may take a little longer. Delivery may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including without limitation to requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction). Our Customer Service team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions as soon as reasonably practicable after you place your order.
COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
We occasionally offer complimentary shipping promotions. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout.
Please ensure all items in your cart align with our terms and conditions. If free shipping is still not applying correctly, we recommend placing your order to secure your item/s and then contacting us at https://karajunior.com/contact-us with your order number. Our team will review your purchase and be able to provide you with a partial refund if eligible.
SHIPPING METHODS
We will choose the best shipping carrier and method based on your delivery address. We may offer different types of shipping methods in the future. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Our shipping providers only accept shipments to a valid street address.
Please note that once you have placed the order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Please make sure that the number of packages delivered are as stated on the confirmation email. Any discrepancy and/or damage to the packaging should be noted immediately in writing on the courier’s delivery documents.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order have shipped, an email will be sent to you with the delivery details. Depending on the shipping provider used to ship your order, you may be able to track your order online using the tracking information.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method. If your estimated delivery date falls on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, deliveries will be made on the following working day.
