MADE TO ORDER
All our products are Made to Order and/or Print on Demand. They are designed in house and are made only after you have placed an order, minimising production waste. Payment for your order is taken immediately. Please note that once your order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All sales are final.
TURNAROUND TIME
Please allow 7 – 30 days.
Processing and production/printing time (fulfillment time) is counted from the time your order is processed to the time it leaves our warehouse. Fulfillment time can be affected by current production levels and seasonal variances.
Orders are processed only after payment is received.

WHAT CAN I PRINT
You can print anything as long as it does not infringe on the intellectual property of others and violate any law, rule or regulation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains prohibited content, such as but not limited to:
– child exploitation
– harassment, bullying, defamation, threats
– hateful content
– illegal activities
– personal and confidential information
You will be liable for any administration fees arising from any cancellation.
WHITE INK
We don’t print white ink (on some fabrics/products). Any areas containing white colour will have no print on them. The colour of the fabric will show through these white areas.
MY PRODUCT SMELLS
Certain products such as, but not limited to, t-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters may have slight odours due to the pretreatment and curing process. This is totally normal and will disappear after a wash or two.
