RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All our products are Made to Order and/or Print on Demand. They are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective. Once your order has been placed, cancellations and amendments will not be accepted. Every product is made just for you. All sales are final, no exceptions.

We are not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors or defects that include but not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your orders carefully before placing your order.

Any claims due to manufacturing error and printing issues must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. Please contact us at https://karajunior.com/contact-us and provide us with description of the defect and photos of the defect taken at different angles.

We may request for the item/s to be returned to our warehouse. They should be unused, unwashed and unworn, in their original condition, and you must return them within 14 days from when you receive your return confirmation.

Refund can only be processed when we received your returned item/s and have been inspected by our quality assurance team. Once confirmed that the item/s is eligible for a return we will facilitate the refund. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your refund.

For security reasons, refunds will be made to the same method of payment used at the time of the initial purchase. The time taken to restore the credit back to you may vary depending on your credit card issuer or Paypal.

We can not refund any shipping costs and any payment processing fees.
