PLACING AN ORDER

All sales are final.

Please follow the steps below to purchase a product:
1. Browse our product catalog
2. Select the desired product. On each product page, you will find information such as sizes, colours, materials and personalisation options
3. Add the product to your shopping cart
4. Once you have finished shopping, click on your shopping cart
5. Review your order
6. Proceed to checkout to finalise your order.
7. Enter your billings and shipping details. Check that the information you entered is correct
8. Select your payment method

Once your purchase has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected.

Kara Junior collects payment for all items purchased at the time the order is placed.

We are unable to price match or make any price adjustments.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Your orders may be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and/or fees levied by the Customs authorities. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient at the point of delivery. We do not compensate these charges. Your original delivery estimates may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

ORDER STATUS

An email will be sent to you containing the delivery details once your order leaves our distribution centre. Depending on the shipping provider used to ship your order, you may be able to track your order online using the tracking information.
