PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All card payments are processed by PayPal.

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Full payment will be charged at the time the order is placed.

We only accept one form of payment per order.

We do not accept payment via bank transfer, cheque or money order.

CURRENCY

All prices are listed and payments processed in US dollars. If your bank account is set in any other currency, charges are being processed in accordance with the exchange rates provided by your bank.

SECURE PAYMENT

We use PayPal to process your payments. Your details are transmitted via secure connection directly to PayPal and at no time your payment details are stored with us.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEES

Some banks may apply a percentage fee for a cross border charge. There are a number of credit cards which are exempt from this and we advise you to check with your bank to confirm.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Your orders may be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and/or fees levied by the Customs authorities. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient at the point of delivery. We do not compensate these charges. Your original delivery estimates may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.
